“There are so many wonderful things I can say about Ken. I’m not sure where to begin. He helped me purchase an adorable 1940’s ranch home in the St. Gregory neighborhood this past March 2012. It was a short sale so there were lots of hoops to jump through. Ken was always available to answer my questions or help calm me down during a very stressful and long process. He knew what every next step would be and walked me through all the possible pitfalls. He had a positive attitude but not an unrealistic one. No promises, just facts. Also, my original lender was a large bank. At the very beginning of my home search, he informed me on reasons why I might want to consider going through a local broker vs. a big bank. I didn’t listen to him. I went with a big bank. Unfortunately, right when we were getting ready to close, my bank ended up asking for a series of unrealistic and last minute requests and then couldn’t agree with us on a close date. I dropped the bank as my lender and went with Jeannie Bolger from Nova Home Loans which is whom Ken originally recommended. We closed immediately with no glitches.
